Company Overview

We are a leading manufacturer of tabletop miniatures and games, looking for a skilled Enterprise Sales Professional to join our international team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base across Europe.

Salary

Our competitive salary package includes a base salary of €35,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission that can take your earnings up to €40,600 per year. This makes your total estimated annual remuneration around €40,600.

Job Description

As an Enterprise Sales Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively engaging with potential independent retailers through cold calling
  • Showcasing the benefits of partnering with us
  • Establishing and cultivating strong relationships swiftly by telephone
  • Identifying client needs and effectively closing B2B sales opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to capture attention and have a great conversation
  • The ability to thrive on surpassing targets and embracing challenges
  • Resilience in the face of rejection, demonstrating persistence and determination
  • Natural skills in sales, with the ability to guide and influence decision making
