Job Description: We are seeking an experienced EMEA Business Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our business operations in the EMEA region, identifying bottlenecks, and streamlining workflows to drive growth and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance performance and achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input from stakeholders and define standardized metrics.
- Analyze data using tools like Power BI or Excel to identify trends and measure process performance.
- Develop and implement process maps and redesign workflows to enhance performance.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey process changes and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion.
- Familiarity with Lean management and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools like BPMN, Microsoft Visio, and CPQ & Salesforce applications.

What We Offer: A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development within a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.
