Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Junior Credit Specialist to join our team, specializing in credit analysis and onboarding operations. As a Junior Credit Specialist, you will play a crucial role in making the onboarding process as smooth as possible for our customers, while ensuring compliance requirements are respected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Credit Analysis: Analyze credit applications and ensure business, financial, and compliance requirements are respected.
- Onboarding Operations: Handle operational tasks leading to customer activation, including contract generation, account creation, and communication with stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve onboarding operations to maximize customer satisfaction and operational scalability.
- Automation and Digitalization: Develop strong operations automations using no-code tools and run ad-hoc research on new product developments and partnerships.
- Reporting and Analytics: Build and update analytical and controlling dashboards to report main KPIs to the management team.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a credit analysis role or in a banking environment on the Spanish market.
- Master's degree in Finance or Business.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Energetic, flexible, and adaptable, with a strong ability to succeed in a dynamic and fast-growing start-up.
- Organized, reliable, autonomous, and rigorous, with a strong attention to detail.
- Humble, eager to learn, and effective communicator.
- Experience with SQL, Airtable, Hubspot, Make, Notion, and Excel is a plus.
