We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Management Specialist to join our team at Nexthink. As a key member of our Global Sales Operations team, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure seamless credit management and cash collection processes.
Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing credit applications, defining credit lines for partners and customers, and managing cash collection processes. You will also be responsible for driving cash forecasts, ageing reviews, and KPI reporting, as well as performing cash applications and managing invoice disputes.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in credit management and cash collection, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
