Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive education programs for field support personnel and customers, focusing on 3D Mapping and FARAVIEW technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training materials, course content, and methodologies.
- Conduct training sessions and evaluate the effectiveness of training activities, making recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance.
- Design and develop e-learning programs to complement blended curriculums, utilizing best practices and learnings across the Med Ed Team.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, internal stakeholders, and educational opinion leaders.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders and establish a strong network within the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in education program development, implementation, and delivery.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
