Customer Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Education Specialist to join our team at Arbor Education. As a key member of our Customer Education team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to educational institutions in optimizing, using, and finding value from Arbor MIS.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience working with educational institutions. You will be responsible for delivering online and in-person training, using professional knowledge to design and deliver services to schools, MATs, and partners. You will also be responsible for supporting a range of managed services, including troubleshooting issues, conducting system audits, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive efficiency and improve educational outcomes.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about education and has excellent communication and presentation skills. You will be able to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner, and have a positive approach to learning new things.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Arbor's functionality, features, and best practices, and be able to apply this knowledge to support customers in getting the most out of their use of Arbor MIS.
