The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Electrophysiology Specialist to join our team in Andalucía Oriental. As a Field Technical Support Engineer, you will provide expert technical guidance and support to our customers in the use of our Electrophysiology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical consultation, teaching, and support on the use of our Electrophysiology products and their appropriate application during electrophysiological procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of current and new therapies and technologies within the therapy area, including competitor devices.
  • Resolve common customer problems and respond to unexpected customer requests with a sense of urgency and positive action.
  • Provide technical support to our sales team and communicate information on product placement and complex case support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Sciences or Biomedical Engineering.
  • Experience in electrophysiology or cardiac rhythm management, or an equivalent role within the industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English (B2-C1 level) and a willingness to travel 50% of the time.
