As a Field Clinical Specialist for Electrophysiology at Boston Scientific, you will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, lab staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Farapulse system during case procedures within an assigned geography. This role is responsible for meeting and exceeding business goals by serving as a primary resource for clinical support, educating customers and internal employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the Farapulse device, and attending cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, lab staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Farapulse system during case procedures within an assigned geography.
- Serve as a primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, system/software development.
- Educate customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the Farapulse device by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms.
- Attend cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of the Farapulse system and its components.
- Provide initial and continuous training and feedback for development team and sales representatives on Farapulse, development process, products and features, and procedures involving those products and features.
Requirements
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in electrophysiology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
