Job Title: Commercial Pull Zona Sur

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Pull Zona Sur to join our team at Aliaxis Iberia.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, servicing, and growing the assigned customer portfolio in the established geographic area. This will involve driving sales and company objectives through the assigned channel, working closely with the Area Manager to set individual targets and strategies to achieve them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all existing accounts and prospect for new accounts.
  • Increase the number of customers in the region.
  • Pursue cross-sales with the rest of the SPS organisation and projects.
  • Collaborate with the Prescription department on medium and small engineering projects and offers.
  • Promote the Aliaxis brand with all the portfolio.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years of sales experience or installations.
  • 3 years of management experience in a similar position.
  • Driving license.
  • English language skills at a basic level.
Competencies
  • Knowledge and experience in the construction or plumbing market.
  • Ability to handle complex and detailed information.
  • Understanding of key business objectives and drivers.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change.
  • Enthusiasm for a role that will shape and deliver new tools and ways of working.
Working Conditions
  • Most of the time working on visits and in continuous contact with customers.
  • Travel required for client calls and business trips.
  • Occasional exposure to moderate physical activity.
Travel Requirements
  • Domestic travel (Spain & Portugal) 60% of the time.
  • Regular visits to other locations for internal and external meetings.
