About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team in Alicante. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share for our iconic brands, including Pringles and Special K.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned objectives
  • Implement commercial agreements and amplify promotional activities
  • Identify and capitalize on unplanned opportunities for better merchandising
  • Ensure optimal positioning for Kellanova's brands and Pringles products
  • Swiftly implement new products in assigned stores
  • Effectively utilize point-of-sale resources and other merchandising tools
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and merchandising
  • Good computer skills (Excel and databases)
  • Experience in FMCG Sales environment/Retail
  • Proficiency in Spanish and basic English language
  • Valid driving license
