About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Kellanova's Spain Field Sales team as a Field Sales Representative, covering Alicante. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing the point of sales in the retail channel, working with some of the most beloved brands, such as Pringles, Special K, and Krave.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execution Objectives: Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives.
  • Commercial Agreements: Implement planned commercial and promotional agreements to drive sales growth.
  • Opportunity Detection: Identify unplanned opportunities for better merchandising and sales.
  • Brand Positioning: Ensure optimal positioning for Kellanova's brands and Pringles products in the market.
  • New Product Implementation: Swiftly implement new products in assigned stores to meet customer demands.
  • Resource Utilization: Effectively use point-of-sale resources and other merchandising tools to maximize sales potential.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and merchandising principles.
  • Good computer skills, including Excel and database management.
  • Experience in FMCG Sales environment/Retail.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and basic English language.
  • Valid driving license.
