About the Role

Cryptopay Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in Alicante, Spain. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by generating outbound leads, processing inbound leads, and leading potential clients to meetings with our Business Development Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Utilize various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking, to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Collaboration with BDMs: Work closely with Business Development Managers to strategize on approaches for penetrating key accounts.
  • Research and Identification: Research and identify potential clients within target industries and verticals.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospects' pain points and requirements.
  • Scheduling Meetings: Schedule meetings and demos with qualified leads for our Business Development Managers to further explore opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information and activities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales development and lead generation in the tech industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of cryptocurrency payments processing and blockchain technology is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Work Style: Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
  • Commercial Mindset: Results-oriented personality with a commercial mindset.
