Job Summary

JobTracks is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs and challenges, and provide customized solutions that meet their specific goals.
  • Craft compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value of our services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Completed bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or international business.
  • 3+ years of sales or account management experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Basic knowledge of mathematics for sales calculations.
  • Previous sales experience in the tax and legal field is preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and services.
  • Knowledge of US TAX, Puerto Rico Tax, and Accounting concepts.
  • Experience and proficiency in Sales Force CRM and Microsoft Office software.
