Job Title: Commercial Pull Zona Sur

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Pull Zona Sur to join our team at Aliaxis Iberia.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, servicing, and growing the assigned customer portfolio in the established geographic area, driving sales and company objectives through the assigned channel.

Working closely with the Area Manager, you will set individual targets for your service area and develop strategies to achieve them.

You will also be responsible for transmitting and promoting Aliaxis group policy, generating and developing initiatives, promoting the use of the tools provided (CRM, PBI...), fostering positive attitudes in your area, and promoting and driving sales development in the customer portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for the budget allocated to drive sales in a specific area.
  • Manage all existing accounts and prospect for new accounts.
  • Increase the number of customers in the region.
  • Pursue cross-sales with the rest of the SPS organisation and projects.
  • Collaborate with the Prescription department on medium and small engineering projects and offers.
  • Promote the Aliaxis brand with all the portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years of sales experience or installations.
  • 3 years of management experience in a similar position.
  • Driving license.
  • English language skills at a basic level.
Competencies:
  • Knowledge and business or work experience in the construction or plumbing market.
  • Ability to handle complex and detailed information and understand key business objectives and drivers.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change, and enthusiastic about a role that will shape and deliver new tools and ways of working.
Required Skills:
  • Exceptional commercial and technical skills, combined with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in a B2B manufacturing organisation.
  • Strong business skills and knowledge of sales, marketing, and commercial channels.
  • Balance between determination and perseverance and empathy: able to engage and align local commitment with local needs.
  • Strong initiative, leadership, and influencing skills: ability to facilitate change.
  • Experience as an ERP user (preferably SAP).
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (B1 level).

  • Collaborate and influence: build and maintain effective working relationships, ensuring alignment within and across groups, and using self-understanding of others to gain buy-in and support and achieve shared goals.

  • Constant contact with Customers of all levels and natures.
  • Participates in public events and meetings.
  • Interacts with many people directly and indirectly related with customers.
Working Conditions:
  • Most of the time working on visits and in continuous contact with their customers, on the road during client calls and on business trips.
  • The employee will often attend corporate business meetings (designated areas possibly outside his/her area of operation) or external offices (hotels, convention centres, etc.).
  • Employee will be exposed to travel (driving or public transport) for a significant number of hours per week.
  • The employee may occasionally be exposed to moderate physical activity (preparing a stand for a trade fair or transporting product samples for a customer visit).
Travel:
  • Employee will be required to domestic (Spain & Portugal) travel 60% of the time.
  • Employee may need to regularly visit other locations for internal and meetings.
