- Proactively manage, qualify, solicit, and book all requests.
- Organize and conduct sales appointments and sales calls.
- Organize and conduct training sessions and presentations for clients.
- Maintain a high level of prospecting, focusing on the development of new business.
- Effectively manage a portfolio of key accounts through planned sales activities.
- Maximize sales activities to ensure occupancy, rate, and yield objectives are achieved.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a leader in sales.
- Previous Five Star/Luxury Hotel Sales Experience is essential.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Established network of connections.
- Proficient with Salesforce and previous working knowledge of PMS systems.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct personal behavior in a mature professional manner.
- Ability to work well in stressful high-pressure situations.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Spanish.
- Proven negotiation skills required.
