The Total Rewards Analyst will partner with the European Human Resource Teams to develop, design, and implement Total Rewards programs and policies to support the business strategy for locations in the region within Eurasia policy and practice framework.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure competitiveness, adoption, and understanding of total rewards programs, including Benefits, Compensation, and grading systems.
- Make recommendations on changes needed to the current compensation practices for India and facilitate discussions between stakeholders.
- Support total rewards design outcomes and require a high level of aptitude for Compensation and Benefits principles and practice as well as credibility with leadership.
- Partner with Human Resource Leadership team to develop Total Rewards philosophy and supporting policies and practices.
- Implement, administer, and communicate Total Rewards programs (including health, welfare, wellness, retirement, base pay, incentives, recognition, and other rewards).
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Master's Degree in Rewards philosophy and Compensation Benefits practice as nice to have.
- 6 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation Benefits, and HR experience.
