Account Management Intern

At Carwow, we're revolutionising the way people buy and sell cars. As an Account Manager Intern, you'll play a key part in helping our dealership partners make the most of our platform.
Your ResponsibilitiesYou'll work closely with our commercial department, reporting to our Team Lead in our Madrid office. Your tasks will include:
- Regularly reviewing the performance of our partners and identifying areas for improvement
- Developing action plans to close the gap between targets and actual results
- Communicating directly with partners to provide support and guidance
- Collaborating on the creation of dashboards and reports to track progress
- Supporting our Account Managers in onboarding new dealers and daily operations
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Native Spanish and fluent English
- High energy, resilience, and self-confidence, with a positive mindset and high autonomy
- An eye for detail and a high quality standard
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
