Account Manager Intern

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and ambitious Account Manager Support trainee to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our partners and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Account Manager Team with daily operational tasks
- Gather insights from partners to create an exceptional experience for them and our customers
- Identify tech feature improvements to enhance partner UX and provide proactive feedback to HQ
- Maintain a strong relationship between Glovo and our partners through scalable tools and initiatives
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Define scalable processes to ensure partners are self-sufficient in using our tools
- Review and propose partner communications to ensure engagement and long-term relationships
What We're Looking For:
- Availability for 6 months full-time internship
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sales
- Up to 1 year of work experience in sales or marketing (preferred)
- Problem-solving skills with an analytical approach
- Determination to get things done
- Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Spanish and English
- An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude
