Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies to drive successful growth and retention of Kyndryl's most valuable accounts.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and deliver tailor-made solutions that cater to the unique needs of each customer.
  • Collaborate with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process.
  • Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts and drive the generation of new opportunities and expansion of existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities.
  • Provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a leader in the market by staying ahead of the curve and continuously providing external best practices.
  • Take charge of customer satisfaction, ensuring that our clients are not only happy but also successful.
