About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Management Partner to join our team at 3530 Kyndryl España. As an Account Management Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge account strategies to drive proactive account growth.

You will focus on selling new offerings, minimizing erosion in renewals, and ensuring the successful growth and retention of our largest accounts. Your expertise will lead to the successful growth and retention of Kyndryl's most valuable accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive proactive account growth
  • Sell new offerings and minimize erosion in renewals
  • Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts
  • Generate new opportunities and expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of external best practices and their impact on customers
  • Ability to stay ahead of the curve and provide innovative solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work closely with other sales team members
