About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Management Partner to join our team at Kyndryl España, S.A.U. As an Account Management Partner, you will be responsible for driving proactive account growth, developing and executing cutting-edge account strategies, and building trusted relationships with top-level executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and minimize erosion in renewals
  • Build and maintain deep customer connections, bringing the best of Kyndryl to the table
  • Collaborate with sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process
  • Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts, generating new opportunities and expanding existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities
  • Provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a leader in the market
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, maintaining a stellar reputation and account compliance

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience running account P&L
  • Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
  • Experience managing sales process end-to-end
  • Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
  • Open-minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
