The Role

We're looking for a dynamic individual who can create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections. As an Account Management Partner, you'll be responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge account strategies, identifying and qualifying new opportunities, and building relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth and retention
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities to expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and deliver tailor-made solutions
  • Collaborate with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process
  • Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts and take charge of customer satisfaction
