About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Development and Account Management Assistant. As a key member of our Sales and Operations team, you will be responsible for generating new leads, supporting the Sales team with daily reporting and account management tasks, and assisting with the preparation of meetings with key accounts.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads on a daily basis for the Sales team.
  • Contact accounts to ensure their listings contain correct and up-to-date information.
  • Support the Sales team with daily reporting and account management tasks.
  • Assist the Sales team in preparing for meetings with key accounts.
  • Contact listers to schedule photo sessions.
  • Assist the Booking and Partnership team with daily activities and the rollout of new features.

Your Profile:

We are looking for a candidate with fluency in English and native Spanish language, interest in technology, property, and travel industry, organisational skills, and the ability to multitask. If you have a startup mentality, creative mindset, agility, and the desire to learn, we would love to hear from you.
