About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Device Sales and Market Development Specialist to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our Peripheral Vascular Health (PVH) Operating Unit, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our value proposition for the Spanish market.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop deep expertise on Endovenous stakeholders segments to inform market development strategy.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clinical and economical stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption of targeted products and therapies.
  • Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits from Medtronic's offerings.
  • Continuously optimize engagement customer experiences, establishing metrics to measure engagement.
  • Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide internal and external training on key market access topics in line with communication strategy.
  • Identify, develop, and implement business strategies to expand Medtronic therapies on account or territory level.

 

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Postgraduate or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Life-science, Marketing, Health Economics, or another relevant field.

 

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
