Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to launch and improve Global Mobility services in key markets.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue team to set ambitious revenue targets for Jobbatical services, driving growth and expansion.
  • Work closely with the Product team to design and leverage features that accelerate productivity and scale delivery output, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Design and execute a scalable service delivery strategy, focusing on operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Oversee the expansion strategy to new territories, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Lead and mentor team leads to build operational excellence, providing guidance and support to ensure high-performing teams.
  • Design and execute country playbooks to maximize productivity in delivery, coordinating collaboration across all locations.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in building and leading B2B global mobility teams, with a proven track record of success.
  • A unique leadership style that emphasizes empathy, collaboration, delegation, emotional intelligence, and influence.
  • The ability to think creatively and strategically, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work comfortably under pressure.
  • A proven record of success in leadership roles, whether through extracurricular activities, top-tier companies, or startups.
  • Great adaptability to changing business environments, with experience working in fast-paced and competitive environments.
  • A curious and results-driven individual, with a passion for making an impact.
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources, with a focus on operational efficiency.
  • Fluency in English and other languages is a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
