Job Title: Head of Global Service Delivery

Jobbatical is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Global Service Delivery to lead our global mobility services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a roadmap to launch and improve Global Mobility services in the markets we operate in.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to launch and improve Global Mobility services in our target markets
  • Collaborate with the Revenue team to set ambitious revenue targets for Jobbatical services and drive business growth
  • Work closely with the Product team to design and leverage features to accelerate productivity and scale delivery output
  • Design and execute a scalable service delivery strategy to meet the needs of our clients and drive business success
  • Oversee the expansion strategy to new territories and ensure successful market entry
  • Hire and provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to your team leads to build operational excellence and drive business results
  • Design and execute country playbooks to maximize productivity in delivery and coordinate collaboration across all our locations
Qualifications:
  • At least 5+ years of experience in building up and leading B2B global mobility teams
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Ability to multi-task and work comfortably under pressure, with a strong focus on results
  • Proven record of success in leadership roles, whether through experience at a top-tier company or startup
  • Great adaptability to changing business environments and experience of working for a business within a fast-paced and competitive environment
  • Curiosity and interest in making an impact
  • Experience in managing budgets and financial planning
  • Fluent in English and other languages is a plus
