Job Title: Global Service Delivery Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Global Service Delivery Leader to join our team at Jobbatical. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our Global Mobility services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap to launch and improve Global Mobility services in our target markets.
  • Collaborate with our Revenue team to set ambitious revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with our Product team to design and leverage features that accelerate productivity and scale delivery output.
  • Design and execute a scalable service delivery strategy that meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the expansion of our services to new territories and markets.
  • Hire and lead a team of experienced professionals to build operational excellence and drive business results.
  • Design and execute country playbooks to maximize productivity in delivery and coordinate collaboration across all our locations.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in building and leading B2B global mobility teams.
  • A unique leadership style that emphasizes empathy, collaboration, delegation, emotional intelligence, and influence.
  • The ability to think creatively and strategically, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • A proven track record of success in leadership roles, with a strong ability to adapt to changing business environments.
  • Curiosity and a passion for making a meaningful impact.
  • Experience in managing budgets and financial resources.
  • Fluency in English and other languages is a plus.
