Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Business Development to lead our Comparator Services team. As a key member of our Clinical Supply Chain division, you will be responsible for portfolio management of High Potential clients, building positive relationships with members of the Commercial and Clinical Study Teams, and growing new accounts and securing existing business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of experts in contact with the regional commercial team to answer and guide on specific segment clients' requests, such as RFQs and RFIs.
  • Act as Subject Matter Experts in Global Comparator knowledge, providing advisory support on comparator sourcing and supply chain, and timely and accurate information related to the project.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to build positive relationships and gain overall customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise, communicate and analyze opportunities wins and losses, identifying and recommending solutions and actions to address client loss scenarios.
  • Champion the sourcing solution/strategy in collaboration with the comparator sourcing team and coordinate the response from the comparator client service team to the customer, including the issuance of a proposal.

As part of a full service division, we are developing opportunities and aligning across all service line offerings as an overall goal in meeting client's needs. Part of this responsibility includes role modeling behaviors that support partnership, creativity and development across service lines.
