Senior Business Development Manager

Empresa Reconocida is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to lead and manage a pipeline of various projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and negotiating commercial arrangements with consortium partners, experts, and advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a challenging pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Accountable for a BD target under your responsibility
  • Identification and negotiation of commercial arrangements with consortium partners, experts, and advisors
  • Leading BD teams allocated to each BD opportunity
  • Bring and develop BD networks, consortium partners, and Key experts
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in economics, public sector administration, sustainable development, international cooperation, or other topics related to economic growth and good governance
  • More than 5 years as Business Development Management for the acquisition of donor funded projects with experience of at least 2 years working with the EU
  • Exceptional time management skills - ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple stakeholder expectations, work independently and as part of a team within tight deadlines across various time zones
  • Proven track record in winning new business
  • At least 2 years' experience in project implementation will be considered an advantage
