About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Vendor Manager to join our team at Reconocida empresa. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our vendors in the shoes and handbags category.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Vendor Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned vendors, developing and maintaining strong relationships to drive business growth and improve product selection.
  2. Business Development: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase profitability and expand product selection with our vendors.
  3. Contract Management: Negotiate and manage supplier/partner contracts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  4. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and future trajectory to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
  5. Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Several years of relevant business experience, preferably in procurement, vendor management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Highly analytical with strong data-driven argumentation skills, experience in program or project management, and excellent communication skills.
