Global People Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Global People Operations Manager to join our team at Allianz Technology. As a key member of our Global People Function, you will be responsible for managing global HR systems and processes, ensuring seamless integration and alignment across our international operations.

About the Role

  • Lead the development and implementation of global HR systems and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with global technical and functional teams to ensure data standards and processes are adhered to.
  • Manage global access management and maintenance, ensuring highest data privacy standards are followed.
  • Support the rollout of the global (system) support model, establishing processes and SLAs, and ensuring relevant knowledge transfer to the support team.
  • Identify and address knowledge deficiencies and support requirements from the business.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years corporate business experience, preferably in HR/People function.
  • Expert user of SuccessFactors.
  • Experience with RBP/access management models, as well as system support models and Jira advantageous.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a bonus.
  • Good grasp of process documentation applications such as Visio, Adonis, etc.
  • Competency with MS Office suite.
  • Solid communication skills (written/spoken) to different hierarchies, incl. excellent presentation skills (in person and virtual).
