About the Role:

Criteo is seeking a highly skilled Global People Operations Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining alignment of our global processes and tools, ensuring a consistent and excellent experience for our employees and internal stakeholders worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Process Management:

Develop and maintain global processes, ensuring consistency and alignment across regions. Collaborate with regional teams, HRIS, and other people teams to drive process improvements and ensure seamless execution.

Global Project Management:

Lead global projects requiring coordination of efforts between regional teams and internal stakeholders. Develop project plans, manage timelines, and ensure successful project delivery.

Process Improvement:

Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and ensure seamless adoption.

Knowledge Management:

Develop and maintain our Knowledge Base, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on people operations processes and tools. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure knowledge sharing and best practices.

Learning and Development:

Identify learning and development needs within People Operations and develop initiatives to enhance team well-being, skills, and service excellence.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a People administration role.
  • Excellent understanding of HR operations and development of tools & key processes in a global company.
  • Excellent administrative and technical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience with HR Information Systems such as Workday and ServiceNow is a must.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a rapidly changing environment.
  • English fluency (written/spoken).
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to work largely without direct supervision.
  • Previous experience in a multi-cultural, technology-orientated business is a plus.
  • Proactive mindset, not afraid of raising questions, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • You can build strong & trustful relationships with the people you work with.
