Global People Operations Manager (Barcelona)Do you like creating order and structure? Is 'simplify' one of your mantras? Are you really knowledgeable on HR Systems and architecture, and specifically SuccessFactors? Then join us and become the People Operations Manager for AZ Technology's Global People Function.
Reporting into the Head of Global People Operations and Analytics, you will be the expert on global HR systems and processes for the People Function globally, managing systems and process run and change for over 20 countries.

What will make you succeed in this position? Expert user of SuccessFactorsMinimum 8 years corporate business experience, preferably in HR/ People functionExperience with RBP/ access management models, as well as system support models and Jira advantageousExperience in an international and agile working environmentFluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a bonusGood grasp of process documentation applications such as Visio, Adonis, etc.
Competency with MS Office suite.Solid communication skills (written/ spoken) to different hierarchies, incl.
excellent presentation skills (in person and virtual)Ability to simplify complex topics and processes also for non-expertsAbility to work independently, as well as engaging with various stakeholders in virtual teams across continents and culturesStrong problem solving skills, hands on mentality with capability to deliver resultsPeople management/ leadership experienced advantageousGood assertiveness and organizational skills, capable of dealing with multiple priorities.
Your mission in the role will be:
Be the change process owner; consult our entities on change requirements and coordinating change requests globallyOversee the rollout of the global (system) support model, establishing processes and SLAs, and ensuring relevant knowledge transfer to the support teamIdentify and address knowledge deficiencies and support requirements from the businessManage the interface to both the global technical and functional teams from Allianz GroupManage ad hoc requests from the business for system and process supportWork with local and global system administrators to ensure AZ Technology's data standards and processes are being adhered toLead and/ or support relevant global projects in the field of People Operations, Transformation, Rollouts, as requiredManage global access management and maintenance/ review for global HR systems, ensuring highest data privacy standards are followedAbout Allianz Technology Allianz Technology is the global IT service provider for Allianz and delivers IT solutions that drive the digitalization of the Group.
