About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global People Operations Manager to join our team at Allianz Popular Sl. as a key member of our Global People Function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage global HR systems and processes for over 20 countries, ensuring seamless integration and consistency.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize HR operations.
- Provide expert guidance on HR systems, processes, and policies to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of corporate business experience, preferably in HR/People function.
- Expert user of SuccessFactors and experience with RBP/access management models, system support models, and Jira.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a bonus.
- Good grasp of process documentation applications such as Visio, Adonis, etc.
- Competency with MS Office suite.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with various stakeholders.
- Ability to simplify complex topics and processes for non-experts.
- Strong problem-solving skills, hands-on mentality, and capability to deliver results.
