About the Opportunity
The Global People Operations team at N26 strives to create and deliver an exceptional employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient and effective people processes and systems to support our employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processes in multiple European locations, working closely with an external provider to ensure seamless execution.
- Oversee the global ticketing system, handling employee requests and ensuring timely resolution of issues related to employment contracts, absence, benefits, and payroll.
- Administer Workday, our HRIS, to manage all processes and requests, including employee onboarding, performance cycles, leaves of absence, and off-boarding.
- Own and continuously improve processes to enhance operational excellence, identifying opportunities for automation and data-driven decision-making.
- Support the implementation of new tools and processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and labor laws.
- Provide administrative support, while also encouraging process improvements to enhance our work and achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in People Operations or Payroll, with a proven track record of managing international payroll and labor law regulations.
- Experience with the full employee lifecycle, including employment contracts, onboarding, payroll, performance cycles, leaves of absence, and off-boarding.
- Proficiency in Workday or other HRIS systems.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and written skills in English, with the ability to work with diverse communities.
