About the Role:

As a Front Desk Supervisor at AIRE Ancient Baths, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences for our high-end clientele. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Front Desk Manager in coordinating all reception activities and supervising the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience:

  • Ensure a seamless and welcoming environment for our guests, aligned with our brand standards.
  • Monitor team performance and resolve any client experience issues that may arise.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, including proposing and implementing improvements.
  • Provide exceptional support to clients during check-in, check-out, and offer feedback to management to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Inform clients about upgrades, services, and treatments, and assign wristbands accordingly.

Management:

  • Support the coordination of VIP and group bookings, ensuring smooth shifts and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the Contact Centre to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Oversee daily briefings, inventory management, and sales performance.
  • Prepare reports on incidents, improvements, and events for management to ensure informed decision-making.

People Management:

  • Assist the manager in recruitment, training, and team development to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Offer constructive feedback and suggest training opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative team environment that fosters growth and development.
  • Help plan and supervise daily tasks, coordinate employee rotations, and ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of previous experience in the Hospitality or Wellness sector.
  • 1 year of previous experience in team management.
  • Previous experience in Front Desk is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English is required, with Catalan being a valuable asset.
  • You are customer-oriented, enjoy communicating with people, and possess excellent multitasking skills.
  • You are flexible and able to work late shifts and holidays.
