Global Sales Account Manager With German and Excellent Communication Skills

Talent Search People is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our clients.
About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with experience in B2B sales, who can effectively communicate complex solutions to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and close deals. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new opportunities, and developing sales plans to meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify new opportunities and develop sales plans
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales
- University education
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High level of proactivity
- Advanced level of English
- Native level of German
