Job Summary:

Icon is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager/Director to join our team in the EU. As a Business Development Manager/Director, you will be responsible for generating new and repeat business for Icon, promoting our Clinical solutions as well as Commercialization and Real World Evidence Solutions to Medical Device and Invitro Diagnostic organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the EU market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Medical Device and Invitro Diagnostic industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth process at all stages (opportunity identification, proposal, bid defense) which maximizes the opportunity for success.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales within the Medical Device and Invitro Diagnostic industries.
  • Strong understanding of the EU market and regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
