Stryker Italia S.r.l. is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team in Rome, Madrid, or Lyon.

The successful candidate will be based in one of the following locations: Rome, Madrid, or Lyon and will be responsible for implementing Business Development Strategies within the Workplace & Community business.

This role encompasses various responsibilities including:

  • Developing and maintaining overview dashboards to reflect weekly/monthly/yearly revenue performance to assist with business overviews and Distributor service level agreement reviews.
  • Administration and maintenance of all contracts and price tables in compliance with company requirements.
  • Qualifying and managing first line responses to sales leads and where applicable, updating CRM database.
  • Administrative support for tender preparation.
  • Cordinating contact between Customer Service, Technical Service, Product Management, Product Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Pricing and Tender departments to meet Customer and Distribution Channel requirements and excellence in account management is developed / maintained.
  • Market & business analysis of the local market to gain deeper insight into the Workplace & Community landscape, install base, and competitive market segments.
  • Supporting Marketing Manager EMEA at trade shows and events.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A university degree (any) – Marketing, Life sciences, Pharmaceutical, Business Administration or Engineering degree desirable.
  • Fluency in English and in one of the following languages: Italian (strongly preferred), French or Spanish.
  • Ideal 1-3 years of customer service and/or customer administration and/or Sales support experience.
  • Advanced competences with Microsoft Office, especially with Excel (Macro and Pivot).
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and ability to build relationships.
  • Able to demonstrate your drive and desire to succeed.
  • Previous sales or marketing experience highly desirable.

Estimated salary range: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
