Strategic Business Development Leader

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our commercial strategies and establish strong relationships with strategic customers, including Defense, European Space Agency (ESA), Airbus, and other key players in the sector.
Responsibilities- Design and implement commercial strategies for developing new business opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen business relationships with key clients, especially government institutions and technology companies of high relevance.
- Represent the company in meetings, fairs, and events related to aerospace, telecommunications, and defense.
- Work closely with engineering departments to ensure that products and services meet customers' technical requirements.
- Perform market analysis to identify trends and anticipate customer needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A University Degree in Telecommunications, specialization in radio and antenna systems.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial roles in the telecommunications, defense, and aerospace sector.
- Previous work experience with customers such as Defense, ESA, or Airbus will be highly valued.
- Experience in radio frequency systems and antenna design.
- Knowledge of standards and regulations in telecommunications and defense.
- Leadership, strategic thinking, and results orientation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in English; other languages will be highly valued.
- The ability to work in the EU and travel to the US.
