Social Media Sales And Marketing Business Development Specialist

You are looking for a new challenge in the vibrant city of Lisbon? We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our international team as a Social Media Sales and Marketing Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in developing and executing strategies to acquire new advertisers within the small and medium business (SMB) space.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for advertising and sales. You will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and providing custom recommendations tailored to their business goals.
We offer a competitive salary package including: €1,298 gross/month, 15 days of paid training, free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities and social events organized by the company. Additionally, we reimburse your initial flight costs and help with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc. upon arrival.
Job Description:
- Develop new marketing ideas and create a big change in today's life.
- Building relationships with new and existing customers via telephone and email.
- Identifying sales opportunities and acquiring new advertisers within the SMB space.
- Performing consultative work to provide the best solution for the client's business goal.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Native Dutch speaker with a good level of English (at least B2).
- High school degree or bachelor's degree.
- Sales or marketing background.
- General understanding or interest in online marketing products.
- Strategic thinking and drive for excellence.
Benefits:
- Contract type: fixed-term contract for one year that can be renewed every year.
- Working hours: Mon – Fri 8 am to 5 pm (40 hrs/week).
