Job Title: Architect, Design

About the role:
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Distribution team as an Architect, Design & Accounts Manager. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work in a multinational environment, surrounded by challenging projects and a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage commercial & Builder sales division with product awareness, acceptance, and sales to designated accounts and contract design & commercial segments for both interior and exterior applications.
- Create and execute strategies to increase and reach long and short-term sales plans for stone surfacing products within the territory.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients within the remodel, home improvement, cabinet makers, builders, and fabrication sectors.

Account Management:
- Ensure customers have adequate marketing materials to support sales, including samples, brochures, and other collateral supplies.
- Manage customer relationships by resolving client concerns, setting up customers in CRM System, providing price quotes, and scheduling weekly visits.

Market Share Growth:
- Increase market share by elevating the number of displays and point-of-purchase materials within assigned territory.
- Pursue profitable opportunities by executing and communicating marketing initiatives, such as pricing, promotions, and product changes.

Collaboration and Communication:
- Assist with corporate account roll-out programs on a regional basis as needed.
- Coordinate and promote Cosentino surfacing products with Universities and Associations, and develop relationships with leaders and students in the design industry.

- Advanced skills in sales, account management, and business development.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
