KWS Vegetables is seeking an exceptional Agricultural Sales Professional to join our team in Almeria, southern Spain. This unlimited and full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to grow with our company.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive customer demand for KWS varieties in the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, dealers, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales and development initiatives in the assigned territory.
- Provide expert product knowledge to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or Horticulture.
- At least 5 years of experience in the vegetable seed industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
