Your RoleThe Sales Account Manager East Spain will oversee client relations to maximize turnover in the designated territory. As a successful Sales Account Manager, you will collaborate with other Account Managers, Customer Service, and colleagues to align with sales objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Regular client visits to assess needs and offer tailored solutions, emphasizing lasting relationships.
- Transitioning to a solution-oriented sales approach, engaging in cross-functional projects, and taking on more sales responsibility, including decision-making authority.
- Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager South Europe, Middle East, and Africa, contributing to Jiffy Group's vision of being a trusted partner in sustainable plant growing solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Working according to objectives and turnover targets outlined in the regional sales plan.
- Providing input for the yearly budget process.
- Visiting and supporting both existing and potential clients, including end-users and distributors.
- Identifying client needs and sales opportunities.
- Offering comprehensive information about the entire Jiffy product range.
- Providing strong after-sales support and service.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor developments closely.
- Identifying sales opportunities and discussing them with the Regional Sales Manager.
- Preparing quotations in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or Agriculture Science.
- And/or an MBA or Master's in Economics.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (minimal B2 level).
- Minimal 3 years of successful sales experience.
- Self-driven and motivated.
Jiffy Group offers:
- Annual base salary: EUR – EUR per year.
- Bonus scheme: participation in the bonus scheme (maximum 2 months' salary).
- Company car, laptop, and mobile phone.
