About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Itnig. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including facility maintenance and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate facility maintenance and inventory management
  • Ensure a clean and professional work space
  • Assist in the organization and planning of internal meetings and events
  • Oversee the receipt and dispatch of mail and packages
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of administrative support staff, cleaning staff, and maintenance personnel
  • Create and implement office guidelines and procedures
  • Manage vendor relationships and control office expenses
  • Provide support to various teams as needed

Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a helpful attitude
  • Technical mind
  • Active and ready to be on the move throughout the day
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
