We are looking for determined, organized, and responsible individuals to fill the role of Backoffice Support Specialist with Dutch and English (Hybrid Model of Work from Sofia/Bulgaria).
Job Description:Our client is a world-renowned company known for their collaborations with top clients in the customer experience field. As a Backoffice Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a high-quality customer experience by:
- Providing amazing client service
- Assessing and addressing customer inquiries
- Handling product support needs and troubleshooting issues
- Offering timely, clear, and easy-to-follow solutions
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Fluency in Dutch and good English skills (B2/C1 level)
- Impressive communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Team-player attitude and eagerness to learn and improve
A competitive salary package of approximately €3,600 - €4,200 per month (gross), including:
- Attractive salary package
- Additional health insurance coverage
- Relocation assistance for employees moving to Bulgaria from abroad
- Part-time option available (4h or 6h shifts) as well as Hybrid model of work
