Job DescriptionAs a CRM Intern, you will assist in shaping our B2C CRM efforts, supporting the strategy, communication flow, execution, and reporting of campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty. Key responsibilities include:
- Create automated and ad-hoc multi-channel campaigns (Email, Push, InApp) in collaboration with Design and Marketing teams across different countries.
- Assist in executing CRM strategies aimed at enhancing customer activation, retaining existing customers, boosting brand loyalty, and expanding brand love.
- Support the creation and analysis of customer segments and cohorts to target campaigns effectively.
- Analyze campaign results, share key insights, and provide recommendations for future campaign improvements.
- Coordinate campaign requests from concept briefing to launch, ensuring timely execution.
- Evaluate the impact of your work and communicate findings to stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong analytical mindset and be fluent in English. Familiarity with CRM platforms like Braze or Salesforce is a plus, but not required. Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Suite is essential.
