Rider Support Associate Team Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Live Operations team at Glovo, where you will play a key role in building the vision and strategy for our rider support experience.
About the Role
As a Rider Support Project Manager, you will be responsible for defining projects from initiation to closure, and identifying the best processes for each case.
- Define new project opportunities based on a solid understanding of the department's needs.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met.
- Project planning and follow-up to ensure success.
- Find creative solutions and prioritize when faced with challenges.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to engage and motivate stakeholders.
- Communicate and align all stakeholders at any time.
- Ensure that the solution/approach taken by the project benefits most of our hubs and agents.
- Deliver the best support experience for our couriers.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced project manager who can turn strategic insights into actions by structuring and leading projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in project management.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and have outstanding stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
Additionally, coding skills (knowledge of YAML/Python language) and international experience are a plus.
