Customer Support Team Lead

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a high-performing support team? We're seeking a dynamic Customer Support Team Lead to join our team at EQS Group.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our customer support team, ensuring the quality and efficiency of our support services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and facilitate communication and coordination between support and other departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide the customer support team to ensure high-quality and efficient support services
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand customer needs and address customer concerns
  • Manage and resolve escalated customer issues in a proactive manner
  • Develop and implement training programs for the support team
  • Generate performance reports and analyze key support metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with a strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and leadership experience with a support team. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support leadership role, preferably in a SaaS B2B field.
