Customer Support Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Team Lead to join our team at EQS Group. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and support.

About the Role

The Customer Support Team Lead will be responsible for:

  • Leading and guiding the customer support team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and support
  • Monitoring and upholding the quality and efficiency of our customer support services
  • Developing and implementing training programs for the support team
  • Collaborating with other departments to understand customer needs and work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns
  • Managing and resolving escalated customer issues in a proactive manner
  • Generating performance reports and analyzing key support metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support leadership role, preferably in a SaaS B2B field
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools
  • Leadership experience with a support team and the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • A strong customer orientation and empathy, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide effective support
